CLEANINGSPARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the cleaning services provided by CleaningSpark ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") to the customer ("Client," "you," or "your").

1. SERVICES

CleaningSpark provides residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • General Cleaning

  • Deep Cleaning

  • Move-In Cleaning

  • Move-Out Cleaning

  • Recurring Cleaning Services

Services will be performed according to the scope agreed upon during booking.

2. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

All quotes are based on information provided by the Client regarding the property's size, condition, and cleaning requirements.

If the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided, CleaningSpark reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.

Additional services requested on the day of cleaning may result in additional charges.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

a 30% deposit is required upfront to confirm all bookings.

remaining payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods communicated at the time of booking.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Returned checks or failed payments may incur additional processing fees.

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

If our cleaning team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. ACCESS TO PROPERTY

The Client is responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property.

If keys, codes, or instructions are provided, CleaningSpark will take reasonable measures to safeguard such information but is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect access instructions.

6. PREPARATION FOR CLEANING

To ensure efficient service, Clients are encouraged to:

  • Remove excessive clutter from surfaces and floors.

  • Secure valuables and sensitive documents.

  • Keep pets secured if necessary.

CleaningSpark is not responsible for delays caused by excessive clutter or unsafe conditions.

7. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We may, at our discretion, return to address the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

Refunds are provided only at the discretion of CleaningSpark.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CleaningSpark will exercise reasonable care while providing services.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Damage resulting from unstable, improperly installed, or defective items.

  • Damage caused by items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Our liability shall be limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

9. HEALTH AND SAFETY

CleaningSpark reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or pose a risk to our employees.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Biohazards

  • Pest infestations

  • Dangerous chemicals

  • Aggressive animals

  • Structural hazards

10. EMPLOYEE SOLICITATION

Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit CleaningSpark employees for cleaning services during the term of service and for twelve (12) months thereafter without written consent from CleaningSpark.

Violation of this provision may result in a referral fee of $2,500.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY

CleaningSpark may take before-and-after photographs for quality control, training, or marketing purposes.

No personal or identifying information will be disclosed without the Client's consent.

Clients may opt out of photography by notifying us before service begins.

12. FORCE MAJEURE

CleaningSpark shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By scheduling, purchasing, or receiving services from CleaningSpark, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
